Hello Product Hunt community - @dylansather and I are so excited for our first launch!
We built Should It Be a Meeting with a straightforward (and fairly obvious) goal in mind - to help you spend less time in unproductive meetings at work. We've been fortunate to work at both small and large companies, and we've experienced first-hand how a meetings-heavy culture can crush a team's productivity and morale.
We hope our tool is equal parts fun and useful, with just a hint of snark. 😜
Enjoy using it - feel free to share with your colleagues at work, and we'd love any feedback you have! 🙏
@dylansather @droosevelt Love this... needs to be a Slack integration maybe through Slackbot. It could pop up whenever you type the word "schedule" into a thread 🤣
@abadesi thank you! And wow...you might be on to something with the Slack integration...
Beautiful! I sent this to my management and got fired.
Kidding, I didn't get fired, but seriously, this is perfect! 😃
Thank you @rdev! Scared us for a second... 😬
This is a great tool! Elon would be proud 😉
Thanks @angeliquesocial! Feel free to send it straight to Elon 😃

This is great! Also, 95% of the time the answer is "No! You don't need a meeting!"
Amazing how that works out huh @jeff_osborn
Thanks for your support!
Love this!! Presenting it during our all hands today!
Music to our ears - thanks @rabie!
Haha, cool tool! How did you create the quiz? Or with which software? I'm looking into creating something like this as well and am looking at solutions.
@poehah this was custom-built using React (we <3 React) and React Router (https://github.com/ReactTraining/react-router) to control the flow between pages. Happy to go into more detail if you need!
It should just link to a static page that says "No".
Literally can't wait to mass blast this in an email to all of my underlings. This is awesome. Great work guys.
