Abadesi thank you for posting this.
So, Techtion is live!🎉
If you have experience of leading or working in a startup, you are familiar with the never-ending struggles with the interviewing process.
To help ease that process, we created this tech interview questions list with up to 30 relevant questions per tech stack that cover everything from the basis for the technology, until the best development practices.
To build this tool, we worked with a community of developers with an expertise in every specific tech stack. The questions for each of the technologies are curated by senior developers with extensive experience in the field.
We hope to help startups with their HR strategy and interviewing process and, at the same time, help developers prepare better for their interviews.💪
At the moment we have up to 200 questions for:
We aren’t stopping here.🚷
At the moment we are looking for community suggestions for existing tech stacks or new ones that you want us to add them to the tool.
Also, feedback is well appreciated!

@anitakirkovska That's great! I think will be really useful for my startup. I will be in touch soon
@mario_arabov Great! Glad to hear this!
Nice catch, Abadesi. The design is simple & beautiful, plenty of useful interview questions separated into technologies, the content is quality and straight to the point.
- simple and beautiful design
- well organized quality content
- useful for nailing a job interview
- None so far
@filip_kordanovski Thank you Filip for the feedback!
Wow guys, I hope that you will expand the list with additional tech stacks.
@marina_trajkovska Yes, definitely! Also, on the tool you could find the 'Suggest a Question' Button, with which you can easily recommend additional questions with answers. Thanks!
@marina_trajkovska @anitakirkovska Its a great resource that you have built here! I was trying to suggest questions but the form does not have a field for which technology the question refers to. If I were to suggest questions for a tech stack not yet listed (ruby on rails in my case), how should I go about it?
@marina_trajkovska @sauravkothari Hey Saurav good suggestion, Thanks! We will try to put it in the next update. In the mean time, try mentioning the tech stack in one of the fields, and we will make sure to have it in mind when reviewing.

exactly what I needed, thanks
@nguynvn51790829 You are welcome! :)
Great idea and superb execution, all the best and congrats to the makers!
@kzograf Thank you!
I expected something about GDPR ... LOL
@pavlos1944 GDPR everywhere 😂
Great tool, we'll definitely use it in our next interviews.
Maybe add voting on the questions as next feature?
Keep on the good work ;-)
@nikola_bojkov Hey nice touch! We will definitely take this as an option for the next update.
I have worked in multiple startups and I don't understand why the tagline says "tech interview questions for startups". The questions are quite generic and can easily be found on the internet. There is nothing Startup specific.
There are very few questions on the platform and the answers are not well explained. This feels like a quick attempt rather than a well thought one.
If I were you, I would focus on just one language and have as many questions in it. Then, I would provide detailed answers for each one of them.
As the site grows, I would add additional languages.
@i_shank Our goal was to create one place where everyone will be able to find structured questions for different tech stacks. We joined forces with a community of developers in curating those questions and tried to explain them good enough. Of course, they are not super detailed as they aim to be a guideline more than a source for learning a certain topic. Not to make a mistake here, whoever is doing the interview should be experienced in the subject, this is only meant to give them a direction in which to go for interviewing.
Instead of focusing on perfecting one language as you suggest, we went for multiple technologies, with the plan to expand and cover them more in details as we grow. We rely on our users’ support and we’ll do our best to hear everyone’s feedback and make the tool better over time.
Finally, the tool can be used by any company, not only startups. However, working with various startups, we found that they have problems recruiting qualified tech people which was the main reason why we started the project. Thus, the tagline.
If you have any concrete feedback about why you think the questions are not good enough, we’d love to hear it.
Thanks a lot for the comment, we’ll keep it in mind as we improve the tool. Cheers!

Great product!!! I would love to see the database grow and to be open for contributions.
Tech professionals can post (share) their recruitment experiences en enrich the directory
@che_madzov Hey Igor thanks for the feedback! We will take it in consideration!
Great job !! 😊 Will Check it out !!
@ayush_chandra Great! Let us know how was it afterwards.
Looks promising! Definitely needs a share function that allows you to send the links to an interviewee so they can answer them. The inherent issue with sharing is the interviewee can easily Google the answers. This could potentially be remedied by a combination of a timer for each question and adding inline error messages or comments on each question if the participant goes to another tab in their browser (obviously you're not able to detect them using a different device though). Look forward to seeing how this progresses as I'm always on the hunt for good dev talent. Good luck!
@travis_johnson1 Definitely an amazing idea. We will have this in mind for the next update! Thanks for the feedback!
Nicely done! Here's another great resource with 2,000+ practice tests: http://TechPracticeTests.com
