TBH, I question how big of an audience there is for a product like this. I don't have data to back this up but my assumption is people consume Instagram photos (1) after sharing a photo or (2) for short periods of time, often while in between activities. Tablets aren't suited for either.
That said, maybe there's more of a niche market for this. I could see my mom being into it much more than my peers.
