Today is the first day I tried this 7 minute workout. I did it twice and I am sweating like crazy. I do a kickboxing class 2-3 times a week and I'm sweating more just from doing this twice! Love it! I'm going to try to do it twice every day!
I work 12 hour shifts and just don't have time with kids and sports to go to the gym BUT I make time daily for this 7 minutes! Love it!
