Welcome, @SDMattG! As you know, I've been following Hookfeed for a while. It started as a feed to aggregate all sorts of data into a single feed. Why did you decide to focus on Stripe?

As a two-person team with only one developer (me), it's not realistic to be building tens/hundreds of integrations with various 3rd party apps. Also, we didn't see the value in getting pinged in one place whenever someone tweeted/subscribed/etc. This can be cobbled together with things like Zapier and HipChat. So we looked at what we cared about most/thought people would most be willing to pay for/use - and those both aligned with Stripe alerts/analytics.

@rrhoover Pricing was the result of a crap-load of pricing discussions between Joelle and I backed on no data at all ;-) As you know, pricing impacts many other aspects of the product/marketing - and honestly we got it wrong this time around. We're working on some huge improvements and pulling in much more data from Stripe. When we roll out these new features, we'll be rolling out a new pricing model as well that's a bit more mature/value + cost-based. @nayafia thank you :-) do you use Stripe? Want to help us test it?
